DESCRIPTION AND CHARACTERISTICS:
YPNC series inverter spindle motors are specially designed for spindle driving system.
Matching with inverter or spindle driver, it has wide speed adjustable range, and it also can keep constant output in high speed and excellent control characteristics. It is widely applied in machine tools, special tools machinery and machinery industry, etc. It is a perfect lowcost driving power. It has the advantage of deft design, running steady, high precision; Equipped with special tempering shaft and ISO2373 Class R (vibration reduction) dynamic balancing to lower the vibration and suit to high-speed running. Adopting vector control inverter (or spindle driver) and encorder group, they establish a closed-loop control that leads higher precision running to satisfy with ultra-low frequency running and keep output constant rated torque; Wide constant output range, base frequency 50Hz, motors can achieve 4 times and base frequency 33.3Hz. it will be 6 times. This motors obtain CE Certificate.
