一、Brief Introduction

1.Types of Constructions And Mounting Arrangements
1.1 According to terms of GB997、IEC34-7,showing as following as Fig.1
1.2 Ciassification of Degree of Protection
The main function is to prerent man from damage of electricity or rolling and or to prevent solid object 、water、oil from entering, it conforms to GB4942 and IEC34-5.as Tab.1

2.Connection Mode And Rotation Direction
2.1 3-phase motor (single speed)
It can be connected to two modes Y and Δ connection as Fig.2, Δ connection as Fig.3.
If the power supply is connected to Y mode and the voltage symbolized UY, the voltage of motor connected toΔmode has following relation, U= UY/ ,so the current has following relation:I= IY。


2.2 3-phase motor (two speeds)
Three-phase, two-speed motor is commonly designed to single winding, pole adjustable motor, so it can be used in the situation of starting directly, the connection modes are 2Y/Δand 2Y/Y,2Y connection as Fig.4 , Δor Y connection as Fig.5 .

2.3 three-phase motor (double voltages)
If the three-phase motor can be used in double voltages (such as NEMA motor, it can be used in 230V and 460V), the motor has 9 leads and has two connections, 2Y/Y and 2Δ/Δ, symbol of wire ends as Fig.6 and Fig.7 connection mode as Tab.2

如按半球面法的测量面积 S=2πr2  r=1m时
