The lower the operating temperature of the motor, the longer the life of the insulation system. Usually when the motor is running at full load, the temperature can be reduced to 60-80°C, while the low-quality motor can exceed 90°C. Theoretically, if the operating temperature is reduced by 10-15°C, the winding life and refueling time can be doubled.
3. The key components of the motor: the bearing is the component that is prone to failure of the motor. Shengtai's bearings are purchased from SKF, NSK, C&U, TMZ and other companies, while a small number of them are purchased from other major bearing manufacturers in Shanghai. Ensure the reliability of the bearing.
4. The stator is laminated by silicon steel sheets, which are a kind of low-loss thin steel sheets with insulation. These silicon steel sheets must have the same performance and be as thin as possible to make the magnetic field strength reach the value.
